Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellation/Refunds
No cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for registration fees, unless received by ITS by 5:00pm CST Monday, January 15, 2007. Cancellations must be received in writing via fax, e-mail or mail. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
U.S. and Canadian attendees may fax cancellations directly to ITS at 800.521.6071. International attendees may fax cancellations to 847.940.2386. U.S., Canadian, and international attendees may also e-mail cancellations to aaortho@itsmeetings.com.
After January 15, 2007, if you encounter unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the AAO Interdisciplinary Conference, you must submit your cancellation/ refund request to ITS no later than Thursday, March 9, 2007 (30 days after the meeting). Submit your refund request in writing via fax, e-mail or mail (use the same contact information as listed above or the mailing address on page 9).
Housing Cancellation Policy
Housing cancellations must be received in writing via mail, fax or e-mail prior to Wednesday, January 3, 2007. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Individuals submitting housing cancellations after Wednesday, January 3, 2007, will forfeit the $312.00 (U.S.) deposit for each reservation cancellation. Housing cancellations can be faxed to 800.521.6017 (U.S.& Canada), 847.940.2386 (International), or e-mailed to aaortho@itsmeetings.com.
To make reservation changes and/or cancellations, please contact ITS directly. Do not contact the hotel or the AAO Central Office. You will receive a confirmation directly from ITS.
